I support women in mid-life through personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans designed to achieve optimal health.
I have been working in the health and wellness field for over 25 years, guided by my natural curiosity and love for the human body and all of its capabilities. My passion for this work deepened when I reached middle age – with three rambunctious boys at home, I started to experience health issues that spanned from adrenal fatigue, weight gain, and inflammation, to body pain, sleeplessness, and hormonal imbalances.
Even more frustrating than the symptoms was the dismissive responses I received from doctors and other health professionals when I was desperately seeking help. Their advice was generally to wait it out, or, frustratingly, to accept it – to realize that my discomfort and frustration was common for women of perimenopausal and menopausal age, so it wasn’t a huge concern.
While it wasn’t a huge concern for them, it was for me! My quality of life decreased. I often felt hopeless and exhausted. But I pressed on! I used the foundation of my education to do further research, I trained in Metabolic Balance®, and I ultimately met many other women who were having similar experiences. I realized that I wasn’t alone, and also that there is a way to achieve optimal health, not with a pill but by getting right to the root cause. Today I support women in midlife who are struggling in their bodies, offering Metabolic Balance® solutions to help them live with more energy and vitality.

When we find true connection, trust in one another, and grow strength amongst people in a similar boat, it means we are not alone. Connection is the root of transformation.
I lead with openness and honesty. This space is safe. Our health and wellbeing touches many areas of our lives – if something arises that is outside my specialty, I have extra resources and a community of experts on-hand to offer a more supportive foundation.
The pain and frustration we feel in our bodies is mysterious and often chaotic. I love helping people rise above feeling like victims of their own bodies and into a deep awareness of how their bodies work so they can feel confident, strong, decisive, and advocate for their health journey.
I am an enthusiastic seeker of knowledge and love sharing it with my clients to improve their experience and outcomes. When we have knowledge, we have power. I continue to learn, analyze new research, and attend conferences especially in little-researched but growing areas of women’s health like perimenopause and menopause.
There is still a huge gap of care amongst overloaded doctors, as well as many programs designed to improve women’s health, but most are not sustainable . My focus is not on quantity or templates, but on the quality of our time together, which is why I work one-on-one with my clients and offer high-touch care. I am on this journey with you as a source of support, resources, accountability, and inspiration. We can do this together!
Even with the best-laid plans there comes a time to pivot, pause, change the strategy, and honor the space required to gain perspective. The road to sustainable, transformative health requires work, presence, and a willingness to adapt! Lasting change happens when we gain inner strength and keep moving, however that looks.
Let’s get to know one another! Tell me your story, learn more about what may be causing your symptoms, and get clear on your next steps in your health journey.
